Volunteers are super hereabouts and headed up by the Keremeos Search & Rescue.

Start/Finish: Memorial Park on 7th beside Tourism booth, Village of Keremeos, BC.
Course:  Out and back.  75% gravel road (When runners leave the Start line in Keremeos, they only come back to the Start line ONCE, at the end of their race), 5% railbed, 20% pavement.  Almost hill-less in Keremeos.  Well only 4,400 feet
of climb for the 100 Miler.
Pacers: None, except for two exceptions in race rules
Aid Stations: Plentiful out and back, approximately every four to five miles.

QUALIFIER: Marathon required for 50 Mile run.  Should have run a 40 miler for the 100 Mile Run.
 If not, talk to us on an individual basis.

Massage:  Bodywork services for the event will be provided by Wayne Still, a graduate of the Guild for
 Structural Integration (www.rolfguild.org). Wayne has experience working with post event athletes and has
 developed methods specific to their needs. Payment for his work at the event is by donation. More extensive
 work before or after the event can be  arranged by calling Wayne at 250-499-2550 or email: vialo@nethop.net

Accommodations: Ashnola Campgrounds: This is a major aid station for all the Eagle runs, courtesy of the Lower Similkameen Indian Band.  Camping/All Facilities $15.00/night. Hot Showers $2.00, Coffee $1.00.  Also snacks available for crews like corn on the cob, ice cream etc. , 5 miles from Keremeos,B.C.
